Edward: A dedicated model train enthusiast from a young age, he later cultivated a deeper interest in the technical aspects of the hobby. Over the years, he has evolved into a true technician specializing in Märklin trains.
But it wasn't only about the trains themselves...
Inspired by his brother, Edward began designing and 3D printing buildings and bridges suitable for model train construction five years ago. From red buttons and holders for the MS to the mini Märklin box, and of course the bridges and bridge components, Edward crafted the design drawings himself and printed them using his single 3D printer.
Until recently, this passion had remained a small hobby, despite the ambition to expand it further. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, he was unable to dedicate more time to it… until he met Desiree!
Desiree: No passion for trains and no passion for bridges, but a great deal of passion for Edward! The wonderful thing is that she is more adept with computers than Edward, and she has plenty of energy to support him in his passion for 3D printing.
Thanks to this boost, Edward has breathed new life into his hobby, and in the meantime, he now has a second 3D printer, business cards, a genuine mug, work clothing, and a website!
And now? He designs and prints, while she handles the administration and provides mental support. The synergy between the two truly stands out, at least, that's what they think.
